In an effort to be as transparent as possible, here are some details on how Covid-19 is affecting us and your orders.
The short answer:
- We are experiencing approximately 2 days handling time for orders to get out the door. Plus transit time as outlined below in the UPS shipping map.
The long answer:
- Due to strict guidelines put in place by California we have had to reduce staff to be in compliance. With reduced staff the number of orders being shipped per day has also gone down, resulting in roughly 2 day handling times + transit times (See UPS map below).
- We have 4 selling platforms, 2 are dealer platforms that we fill stocking orders and 2 are consumer platforms that we fill on a first in first out basis.
- We are working as diligently as possible to get orders out. Once shipped, UPS can experience shipping delays that are beyond our control. So far, we have had very few disturbances.
- Due to the unpredictability with UPS express options we have removed any expedited shipping options at this time. Please allow enough time for handling plus transit time if your item is needed for an event/trip/race etc.
